**Annie Vaughan**

**Managing Director**

Annie is the business brain behind the plumbing brawn and supports Dan and the team behind the scenes. Keeping it real, yet professional, she guides the team to best practices and ensures strict quality control in all facets of the business - have you seen her slick social media posts and high level video production? Annie loves branding and social media and continues to invest time into building her brand. Annie has always had a passion for business and management in the trades industry and had prior experience working for a commercial fit out company before meeting Dan and starting Adventure Plumbing. Annie has also completed a bachelors degree at Western Sydney University and continues to never stop learning.
Annie has always been very particular with how she likes things done, some may call her a little OCD. when it comes to cleanliness, it’s this extra touch that ensures your home or site is kept top notch during the job. Annie introduced the “boots off, clean up” policy to ensure that each tradesperson is accountable for leaving any job, project or home clean and presentable on completion. There’s nothing worse than having to ask tradies to take off their boots when entering your home or having to clean up after they leave.
Annie has a genuine love for the Adventure Plumbing team and has seen many of them develop from school leavers into mature young men. With a background as a fully qualified Registered Nurse, Annie’s passion lies in not only business and management but also Mental Health and Wellbeing for her employees, whilst always encompassing a holistic perspective. It’s this passion that drives her to innovate the running’s of a traditional trades business and grow a strong positive culture.

**Dale Massingham**

**Senior Plumbing Tradesman**

We’ve had the pleasure of having Dale on our team since he left school, he began his apprenticeship with Adventure Plumbing in 2013. Dale is now a fully fledged tradesman. He’s our longest serving employee of over 7 years and one of the most experienced plumbers in the team.
Dale takes his job very seriously. He is never late and is exceptionally punctual. He is very task orientated and delivers results with accuracy and efficiency. Dale has always been exceptionally loyal and we have nothing but respect and appreciation for him.
It’s more than likely you’ll meet Dale around as he assists in leading the boys in the day to day running of the projects. Dale has a passion for camping and 4WD’ing and loves nothing more than getting off the grid with the boys on our remote plumbing projects.

**Jaidyn Mackay**

**Plumbing Tradesman**

Jaidyn is one of our Senior Tradesman and joined our team in 2021. He has experience in residential plumbing work and his main passion is drainage.
Jaidyn is currently studying his Certificate IV in Plumbing Services where he is expanding on his specialist skills and on completion will allow him to apply for his Plumbing, Drainage and Gasfitting License.
Prior to border closures, Jaidyn loved to travel overseas and experience new countries and cultures. Jaidyn is also committed to his health and fitness and enjoys exercising.

**Jack Joel**

**1st Year Apprenticeship**

Jack commenced his apprenticeship with Adventure Plumbing in 2021. He is a great fit to the team and has incredible strength and work ethic. Jack plays rugby league on the weekends and has always loved all things sport related. Jack will commence his studies at Mount Druitt TAFE this year and we can't wait to see him advance into a tradesman.

Jack enjoys working on his car with his dad and caravanning with his family on weekends.

**Michelle Sheffield**

**Marketing Consultant**

Michelle joined the Adventure Plumbing team in 2020. Working closely with Annie, she is responsible for developing the Adventure Plumbing brand and all marketing activities including advertising, social media, website and email marketing. Michelle keeps us on track and on budget while ensuring the Adventure Plumbing brand delivers on our core values by keeping our clients at the forefront of everything we do.
Michelle is a dedicated marketing professional with over 20 years experience in varying industries, but her passion lies within the construction and development industry. Michelle has held various positions with a number of home builders and property developers including Landcom (previously UrbanGrowth NSW), Allam Property Group and Celestino who developed The Gables where she has produced and delivered successful marketing strategies and managed multimillion-dollar budgets.
Outside of marketing, Michelle is a busy mum of two young boys and loves embracing the great outdoors with camping, kayaking, paddleboarding and mountain biking.

**Sheree Muir**

**Accounting & Finance**

Sheree joined our team in 2019 and is our Accounting and Financial Manager. Sheree brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience to our team and specialises in Cash Flow Management and is an expert in MYOB. Sheree is also a Registered BAS Agent.
Sheree is extremely passionate about training and educating business owners not only in finance and accounting, but also in the importance of setting up and maintaining systems, policies, procedure and compliance.
Sheree is married with two grown children and when not obsessing over excel spreadsheets she loves creating and baking.
