What is Pipe Relining?
Pipe relining is the repair of an existing cracked or leaking pipe by using a specialised resin that is inserted into the pipe. When the resin is cured it forms a new pipe within the existing one. The process is non-invasive and in most cases is performed with minimal impact to the surrounding areas, provided there is an access point for us, which saves you time, energy and money.
Here’s how it works:
Our expert pipe relining team will perform an inspection using a CCTV camera to determine if the pipe can be repaired using our non-invasive repair technique.
We will then clean the pipe using our High pressure water jetter and remove any debris.
A specialised resin and membrane is then inserted into the pipe using air pressure and inflation to form a new pipe within the damaged pipe.
After allowing the resin to cure, we then test and ensure the pipe is performing correctly.
