Pipe relining is the most cost effective and efficient way of repairing cracked or broken underground pipes.

Using specialist equipment and a resin, our expert plumbers are able to repair cracked or broken pipes underground by restoring the damage of the original pipe by creating a new pipe inside.

The process is fast, efficient and saves our clients thousands of dollars in unnecessary costs associated with material and labour.

The process is trenchless!

Depending on where the pipe is located, a small access point will need to be dug to get to the pipe but other than this, the process is trenchless meaning we don’t need to dig up large areas of landscaping provided we can access the required area and pipe.

How does it work?

Once we locate the pipe we use our CCTV camera to investigate the issue and then, if required, we use our High Pressure Water Jetter to ensure the pipe is clean and ready for repair.

Once the prep work has been completed, we prepare a specialised slow reacting resin to our ‘packer’ and insert it up to where the repair is required. We then pump up the ‘packer’ and let the resin completely dry before removing the ‘packer’.

After this we take a look using the CCTV Camera and test the pipe to ensure the patch is performing correctly.

Don’t take our word for it, check out the video below where we repair a cracked water pipe that was resulting in brand new water storage tanks not filling up at a property in Kenthurst.

Background:

A client in the north-west Sydney suburb of Kenthurst noticed that their brand new water tanks weren’t filling with water. Upon investigation using our CCTV Camera we noticed that one of the pvc pipes had a crack in it which was most likely caused during the backfill process when the tanks were initially installed. Please note that we didn’t perform the initial plumbing work for this client.

Solution:

Using our specialist Pipe Relining equipment including the CCTV Camera, High Pressure Water Jetter and repair tools we repaired the leaking pipe with a new patch and had the water storage tanks filling up in no time!
